Strong partnerships can open markets faster than working alone. Yonyou MEA is seeking a Business Partner / Channel Manager to develop a trusted partner ecosystem for its enterprise digital solutions. You’ll identify and enable the right partners, build joint go-to-market plans, and help turn shared opportunities into customer value and sustainable growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Identify, evaluate, recruit, and develop channel partners, resellers, and business alliances across target markets.
• Build partner relationships and create joint business plans, sales priorities, and pipeline goals.
• Enable partners with product positioning, sales materials, solution updates, and go-to-market guidance.
• Coordinate partner-led opportunities with internal sales, presales, marketing, and delivery teams.
• Monitor partner pipeline, activity, performance, and customer engagement; provide regular updates and forecasts.
• Support partner meetings, events, training sessions, and commercial discussions to strengthen collaboration.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in channel sales, partner management, business development, or enterprise technology ecosystems.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to engage senior partner leaders.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to structure practical, mutually beneficial partnership plans.
• Clear communication, presentation, coordination, and follow-through.
• Professional English communication skills; Arabic or Chinese is an advantage.
• A collaborative, organized, and results-oriented mindset suited to a regional, cross-cultural environment.
