Are you the kind of person who keeps things moving behind the scenes? At Yonyou MEA, we’re growing fast across the Middle East and Africa — and we’re looking for a Sales Operations Assistant who thrives on structure, accuracy, and making the sales team’s life easier.

In this role, you’ll own the CRM, track our opportunity pipeline, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll work closely with our Sales Managers to keep deals progressing, data clean, and reporting sharp.

What you’ll be doing

  • Maintaining and updating CRM systems with accurate, real-time sales data
  • Tracking pipeline opportunities and coordinating timely follow-ups
  • Preparing sales reports and dashboards for management review
  • Supporting Sales Managers with documentation, scheduling, and internal coordination
  • Assisting in client onboarding and deal handover processes

What we’re looking for

  • 1–3 years in sales support, operations, or a similar role
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive by nature
  • Good English communication skills; Chinese or Arabic is a plus
