With the rapid growth of Wolong Electric, the existing system can no longer meet the strategic goals and management requirements of Wolong\u2019s strong supply chain, as reflected in the following aspects:<\/strong><\/p>

Through sourcing management, it achieved global sourcing with a transparent process, resulting in annual cost reductions of over 10%.
