As a key part of Yonyou’s global strategy, Yonyou MEA participated actively in the conference, bringing customer practices and industry insights from the Middle East and Africa. Saleem Bou Hatoum Hamade<\/strong>, Brand Strategy Consultant at Capstone, was invited to deliver a keynote speech on “AI-Driven Retail Growth in the Middle East.” He systematically analyzed the ambition vs. readiness gap in the GCC region \u2014 revealing that while 80% of GCC organizations have an AI strategy in place, only 34% have the right data foundation to support it, and fewer than one in three are truly ready to scale AI enterprise-wide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saleem highlighted that retail is where AI value creation is most evident in the GCC, with significant impact across four dimensions: marketing automation, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and AI-assisted decision-making<\/strong>.
