About the Role<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Yonyou MEA is looking for a seasoned Back Office Operations Manager to build and lead the operational backbone of our Middle East and Africa region. This is a senior, cross-functional role covering Finance, HR, Admin, and Sales Operations \u2014 sitting at the heart of our regional growth strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Operations & Compliance<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Manage daily back-office functions across Finance, HR, Admin, and Sales Operations for the MEA region<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Establish standardized processes for multi-country business environments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ensure local policies align with Yonyou global standards while complying with local labor laws, tax regulations, and data protection rule<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Finance & Budget Management<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Lead regional budgeting, cost control, expense review, and financial statement analysis<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Manage local bank accounts, tax filings, and audits<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Mitigate cross-border fund and currency risks in coordination with global finance teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      HR & Administration<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Oversee the full employee lifecycle \u2014 onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management, visa and work permits \u2014 for a multinational team<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Manage office premises, fixed assets, vendor contracts, and travel arrangements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Systems & Process Optimization<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Drive adoption of Yonyou’s own management software across back-office functions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Identify operational pain points and implement tools to reduce cross-border collaboration costs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          HQ & Cross-Functional Coordination<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Serve as the primary interface between the MEA region and global functions (Finance, HR, IT, Legal)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Support Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams with back-office needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            What We’re Looking For<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, HR Management, or a related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • 5+ years in back-office operations management, including at least 3 years in a regional overseas role (Middle East or Africa preferred)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Fluent in English and Chinese (working languages); Arabic is a strong advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Familiar with labor laws, tax regulations, and company registration in at least two MEA countries<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Solid grasp of financial concepts \u2014 P&L, cash flow, and budget management<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Strong cross-cultural communication skills across time zones, countries, and cultural customs<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Willingness to travel moderately (Saudi Arabia, Ethiopia, Kenya, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              Bonus Points<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • Experience with Chinese multinational subsidiaries or global IT\/cloud companies<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • PMP, SHRM, or local HR certifications<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Already based in or willing to relocate to Dubai<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
