At Yonyou MEA, we&#8217;re growing fast across the Middle East and Africa \u2014 and we&#8217;re looking for a Sales Operations Assistant who thrives on structure, accuracy, and making the sales team&#8217;s life easier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this role, you&#8217;ll own the CRM, track our opportunity pipeline, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You&#8217;ll work closely with our Sales Managers to keep deals progressing, data clean, and reporting sharp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What you&#8217;ll be doing<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintaining and updating CRM systems with accurate, real-time sales data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tracking pipeline opportunities and coordinating timely follow-ups<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparing sales reports and dashboards for management review<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting Sales Managers with documentation, scheduling, and internal coordination<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assisting in client onboarding and deal handover processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What we&#8217;re looking for<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1\u20133 years in sales support, operations, or a similar role<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive by nature<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good English communication skills; Chinese or Arabic is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you the kind of person who keeps things moving behind the scenes?
